01 Research

We start with the user or the people who will use the product. Then take a hard look at whatever system is being replaced and find which problems are worth solving and which are noise. Nothing gets drawn until we can state the problem in a sentence.

02 Wireframe

Structure before styling. We lay out flows and screens in greyscale so that hierarchy, navigation, and content order have to stand on their own. It is far cheaper to redraw a button rather than to reanimate the design when it is finished.

03 Prototype

Wireframes become a clickable prototype in Figma, with the brand's type, color, and imagery applied. This is the artefact we share with clients; it behaves closely enough to the real product that feedback is about the product, not about imagination.

04 Test

We put the prototype in front of real users and watch where they hesitate. The findings feed back into the wireframes, and the loop runs again. Only once the flows hold up does the design get handed to development.
